Privacy Policy

In short: MozoAI does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your prompts and images are created and kept on your device, and never sent to us or anyone else.

Who we are

MozoAI is an iPhone and iPad app published by Eduard Pantazi, Romania ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to support@mozoai.eu.

What MozoAI does on your device

• Prompts and images. Everything you type and every image you create is processed by models running on your device. They are stored only in the app's private storage on that device. We have no copy and no way to see them.
• Settings. Preferences such as your default model or aspect ratio are stored on your device.
• Photos. If you choose to save an image to Photos, MozoAI asks for permission to add to your photo library. It never reads your existing photos.

What we collect

Nothing. MozoAI has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

Network use

• Model download. The optional Quality model is downloaded from models.mozoai.eu, served by Cloudflare. Like any web download, Cloudflare receives your IP address to deliver the files and may keep short-lived technical logs under its own privacy policy. The download contains no identifiers and nothing about you.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Contacting us

If you email us, including when you use the in-app "Report" option, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a prompt. We use it only to reply and to act on reports, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

Children

MozoAI is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can remove all images at any time in Settings › Delete all images, or by deleting the app. If you live in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
